The suite features a King bed with luxury hospitality linens and bedding. Sit back in relax in the rustic lodge style leather swivel chairs. Warm up by the toasty fireplace! The mini-bar area offers a mini-fridge stocked with water, microwave, tea kettle, and fully automatic espresso coffee machine!

The attached ensuite bathroom features a spacious soaking tub to relax in after a long day of outdoor recreation. A separate walk-in shower is also available with an optional rain head fixture.

A washer & dryer are provided for your convenience.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE ☆☆

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.

We have partnered with Rental Guardian to give our guests easy access to travel insurance choices when they book with us. We do not sell travel insurance nor receive a commission; this is fully for the benefit of our guests.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆

Guest parking is available just outside the door. We have plenty of room to accommodate any size vehicle and can even accommodate a trailer upon request.

☆☆ CLEANING FEE ☆☆

The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered.

☆☆ WINTER ACCESS ☆☆

While it's very rare, during winter storm conditions 4WD or AWD may be necessary to access the property. All roads leading to the property are paved and maintained by the county.

Together we own & operate a boutique vacation rental company we call Mountain Modern Lodges. We personally manage every aspect of the vacation rental experience to create a bespoke experience for our guests.
